You can cancel a lease before the one year anniversary date if you can supply a
qualified tenant to take your place. If you are not planning to renew your lease on
one year anniversary date,

We reserve the right to deduct any damage that occured during your lease. Damage
includes (but is not limited to) rug stains, holes in the wall and broken
windows. We will deduct the repairs for such damage from your security deposit. |
