Mr. Ulrich has served as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Cecil Community College in North East, Maryland (18 years), he retired after 25 years of distinguished service for the Cecil County Board of Economic Development, and has served as Director, Officer or President of the Board of Realtors for 35 years.
